The Charlestown Waterfront Coalition 

is hosting Ben Lynch,

 Department of Environmental Protection’s

 Director of the Waterways Division

 on July 19^th at 7:00 PM in Bldg. 114.

 He is coming to the Navy Yard specifically

 in hopes of gaining community feedback on

 the Charlestown Marina and particularly

 the Pier 6 non water dependent license.
